Lappy Hite is an Associate of the law firm. He
joined the law firm in 2014. He graduated from
University of the South Pacific with Bachelors of
Laws (LLB) and successfully completed the
professional legal practice PDLP. Before joining
the firm, he worked with the Public Solicitors
office both in Honiara, and Gizo, Western
Province, Solomon Islands.

He is a fore front solicitor in environmental,
mining, communications and labour law.  He
extensively do advices in customary land law,
litigations, appeals and commerce on the same.
Lappy Hite is admitted to practice before  the
High Court of Solomon Islands. He is hailed
Michi Village, Marovo Lagoo,  Western Province,
Solomon Islands.  




Ms. Alice Willy is a senior Associate of the law
firm. She joined the law firm in 2013. She
graduated from the University of Papua New
Guinea with Bachelors of Laws (LLB) and
subsequently the Legal Training Institute of
Papua New Guinea. She did further studies
on legislative drafting and obtained a
Certificate of Legal Drafting from the
University of London, institute of Advanced
Legal studies and a Diploma in Professional
legislative drafting from the University of the
South Pacific.

Ms. Willy has extensive experience, having
worked at Sol-law, the National Bank of
Solomon Islands (Now Bank South Pacific)
and the National Parliament of Solomon
Islands. She is a legislative drafter and has
extensive experience in parliamentary
procedures. She also has experience in
acquisition proceedings, converting
customary lands into perpetual estate for
commercial purposes.

Ms. Willy practice in Customary land law,
Mining, Communications, Forestry and
Fisheries. She practiced both commercial and
litigations before the Courts of Solomon
Islands. She is admitted to practice before the
National Court of Papua New Guinea and
High Court of Solomon Islands. She is hailed
from Bobota Village, East Kwaio, Malaita
Province, Solomon Islands.
